Commercial Kitchen Exhaust System Technician

• Role involves the regularly scheduled cleaning of kitchen hoods, and inspections of extinguisher systems.
• State and local fire departments require these services to be performed at regular intervals in order to minimize the risk of kitchen fires.
• Ability to accurately assess potential problem areas.
  Must be able to clean hoods, duct work, and access doors.
• Prefer applicants hold a W64 Kitchen Exhaust Cleaning card.
